Realize the realities
When your on the fat loss journey you will come up against evil temptations such as cream doughnuts, chocolate cake, fish n chips, lollies, sausage rolls, pizza, buffets and more!
So how do you resist temptation and continue to build on your will power to say no to all those evils?
Well it’s simple, just empower your mind.
Empowering Your Mind Is Key
When you see the fat foods remember this;
The fat foods will always be there. They were there before you were born and will still be there long after you’ve gone through the pearly golden gates.
Change the way you think – Mind over food realities.
- You can’t beat the fat food temptations by merely avoiding, hiding or running away from them. They are everywhere in many different shapes, sizes and flavors. Acknowledge that they are there and carry on as you normally do. You need to learn to live side by side with them without taking any notice of them.
- If you think you have to eat the fatty foods because you were raised not to waste food, well you can stop that way of thinking right now!
- You can’t eat all the junk food in the world so it doesn’t go to waste. It’s impossible.
- There are 1000′s of food manufacturers that work 24/7 producing unhealthy fatty foods and create tonnes of food wastage every day
- You can’t think that there are starving children in Africa so you better be grateful and eat everything you see. You can’t save the world’s hunger problems. The children in Africa will still remain in the same situation regardless if you ate the fatty foods or not.
- KFC, Mcdonald’s, Taco Bell and Star Bucks will still be there after you have reached your weightloss goal and are looking totally hot. They’ll still be pumping out plenty of drumsticks and shakes. So don’t think your missing out if you don’t eat the chicken drumstick right now.
- By the time you have lost the weight, your mind will be so empowered that you will have forgotten about wanting to eat the chicken drumstick covered in fatty oil or having that tub of ice cream.
So remember, it’s all in the mind and how you think. Realize the reality and empower yourself to succeed.
