<p>Here are the two simplest key behaviors that you need to change.</p>
<ol>
<li>Change what you eat</li>
<li>Change how much you eat</li>
</ol>
<p>How simple is that. Now you just have to follow through on these changes.</p>
<h4>So how do you follow through?</h4>
<p>Going on a diet program will definitely help you on your way since they put you on a healthy eating program that looks at what and how much you eat.</p>
<p>You can find a diet program that suits your needs on the <a title="weightloss options" href="http://www.skoozap.com/weightloss-options/" target="_blank">weightloss options</a> page. There are so many diet, exercise and weightloss coaching programs out there in the world that there has to be at least a handful that will meet your dietary and exercise needs.</p>
<p>If you are going to go on self made diet then here are some tips to help you;</p>
<ul>
<li> Use portion controlled packaged foods to help you (prepackaged  frozen       meals and single serve snack packs for example).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Use smaller plates than usual to serve your meals.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Eat small amounts of food every couple of hours so you’re not       starving at main meal times.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>When eating take away, don’t buy super-sized options.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>As soon as you begin to feel full, stop eating.</li>
</ul>
<p>At the end of the day, the only person who can change your eating habits and lose the weight in the process is you. So remember, you can succeed as long as you put your mind to it!<br />

<p>So how do you resist temptation and continue to build on your will power to say no to all those evils?</p>
<p>Well it&#8217;s simple, just empower your mind.</p>

<p>When you see the fat foods remember this;</p>

<li>You can&#8217;t beat the fat food temptations by merely avoiding, hiding or running away from them. They are everywhere in many different shapes, sizes and flavors. <li>You can&#8217;t think that there are starving children in Africa so you better be grateful and eat everything you see. You can&#8217;t save the world&#8217;s hunger problems. The children in Africa will still remain in the same situation regardless if you ate the fatty foods or not.</li>
