You put on a big t-shirt on in an attempt to hide the rolls of fat and decide that 20 minutes around the block should be more than enough exercise.</p>
<p>You step out and start walking and before you even get around the corner, someone yells out in the comfort of their moving car &#8216;hey you fat ass!&#8217;.</p>

<li>The people who yell out rude comments whilst your exercising are usually male, young and travel in packs. They will probably still be fast asleep in their beds by the time you have finished your walk and had a hot shower. So you won&#8217;t have to worry about these moron&#8217;s anymore.</li>

<li><strong>Listen To Music Whilst Exercising</strong>

<li>Before heading out for your morning walk around the block, take your ipod with you and listen to funky, uplifting and inspiring music. Music that puts images in your mind where you can see yourself looking hot, gorgeous and irresistible.</li>
<li>With your earphones on and listening to cool music, you can block out the world and exercising becomes more fun than you expected.</li>

<li> <strong>Don&#8217;t Bother Trying To Hide Your Fat</strong>
<ul>
<li>Wearing big baggy t-shirts whilst walking around the block, just makes you look fatter than you already are. People can already see that your fat, so you might as well just wear a t-shirt or outfit that doesn&#8217;t way you down, feels comfortable and fits well on you.</li>
<li>Tell yourself the truth. Your fat &#8211; People can see your fat &#8211; And your doing something about it. People have respect for other people who are trying to work hard towards bettering themselves. In saying that, who cares what strangers think. They don&#8217;t pay your bills, so get out there and start pounding the pavement and remember the end goal.</li>

<p>10am is coming around and the hunger pangs start. Your stomach starts making rumbling noises and you walk past the vending machine. You start having internal conflicts with yourself. Should I? One won&#8217;t hurt surely? Your skinny friend pulls out a snickers bar and proceeds to eat it like she&#8217;s never eaten before.</p>
