<p>10am is coming around and the hunger pangs start. Your stomach starts making rumbling noises and you walk past the vending machine. You start having internal conflicts with yourself. Should I? One won&#8217;t hurt surely? Your skinny friend pulls out a snickers bar and proceeds to eat it like she&#8217;s never eaten before.</p>
